About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Liaison & Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Carole Park studio. This role is crucial to managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing new enquiries, and guiding prospective clients through the architectural journey—from initial contact to project design initiation.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will ensure a seamless, engaging experience, helping clients understand the potential of our modular architecture process. Working closely with our director, architects, and design team, you will facilitate clear communication, manage client expectations, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement + Sales: Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to enquiries and guiding potential clients through our architectural and modular construction process, building trust and excitement.
  • Lead Qualification + Nurturing: Evaluate potential clients to assess project feasibility, budget alignment, and design expectations, ensuring they are a good match for our services.
  • CRM Management + Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system, tracking progress and engagement throughout the journey.
  • Coordination with Architects + Design Team: Work closely with architects and design teams to align client expectations with project feasibility.
  • Director Collaboration: Work closely with the director to refine client engagement strategies, enhance messaging, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Client Communication: Foster clear, professional, and proactive communication with both prospective and current clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand client needs, explain the modular process, assess site feasibility, and ensure alignment with their brief and budget.
  • Business Development + Growth: Identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to broader strategies aimed at expanding out market reach.
  • Reporting: Generate and export weekly reports on lead engagement and sales performance for internal discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury brand, ideally within architecture, design, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with high-net-worth, design-conscious clients with ease.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, building client trust, and articulating the benefits of our services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client intake processes (experience with Active Campaign is a bonus).
  • A genuine passion for architecture and design, with an understanding of residential construction.
