About the role (Full-time) :

We are looking for an experienced floor salesperson to join our team. It is essential that you have a proven background in sales and are self-motivated. You are required to have at least 1 year of sales experience.

Sales Consultant - Requirements and responsibilities:

• Driving around Melbourne metro and country areas to promote our brand to builders and retail customers. This will involve visiting building sites and follow-up calls and closing sales.
• Knowledge of flooring products.
• Calculate quantities and quote based on site-inspections and floor plans.
• Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's License is required for this position, and forklift driver license is preferred.
• Be able to read and interpret building drawings and specifications and able to create accurate quotes.
• Communicate with client and colleagues to coordinate work, and ability to work with builder to achieve win-win outcomes
