We’re Hiring! Full Time - Social Media & Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Do you love country life, travelling, and building great relationships? Brand Em Outfitters is looking for a passionate and driven Social Media & Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be travelling to trade shows and events (up to 6 days at a time, 5 times a year), designing hats and products, and building strong client relationships. You’ll also be responsible for wholesale sales, packing orders, and managing social media content across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Product Development – Design custom hats & products and liaise with overseas factory teams.

Social Media & Marketing – Create engaging content and manage all platforms with a strong understanding of digital marketing.

Customer Service – Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and a friendly, country-style approach.

Order Fulfilment – Pack and dispatch customer orders with care and efficiency.

Travel & Sales – Attend trade shows and events, gain new clients, and sell wholesale products.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales, marketing, and social media (strong understanding of digital platforms).

A creative mindset with the ability to design and develop new products.

A people person who loves building relationships and friendly service.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Ability to travel every few months for up to 6 days at a time.

Experience liaising with factory teams overseas (preferred but not essential).
