About the role
As a Customer Support Officer at Avalon Airport Australia, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to the visitors to our airport. This is a Full Time Monday - Friday position based at our airport in Avalon. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring that all passengers have a positive experience when passing through our airport.
What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers at the airport
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer complaints and disputes effectively, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airport procedures, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborating with other airport team members to ensure the smooth operation of the airport and a positive customer experience
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
