About the role

Therma-Safe Insulation Industries' is seeking two Labourer to join our team in Cranbourne, VIC. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the successful delivery of our insulation services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, reputable company and develop your skills in the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of tasks, including material handling, equipment operation, and general site preparation
• Performing physical labour and manual tasks to support the installation of insulation products
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues

What we're looking for

• White card
• Motivation and enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
• Basic understanding of construction or trades-related work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physical labour
• Commitment to workplace health and safety

Working away from home is a requirement for these positions. All working at heights, access equipment training and certification will be provided by the company.
