About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Labourer to join our team at CN Fitouts' in Bayswater North, Victoria. As a full-time Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of manual tasks, including loading/unloading materials, operating machinery, and performing general site maintenance
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Collaborating with the team to find efficient solutions to challenges that arise
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role (Cabinet Making)
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
