Our client is a well-established and highly regarded contractor, providing quality services in Data, IT, Audio, Security and CCTV as well as Electrical to the commercial sector. Specialising in Security Solutions the company prides themselves on providing results, expertise and quality services to their customers.

As the company continues to experience consistent growth, they are looking to bring on a Project Administrator to join the Gold Coast office based at Coomera.

Primary Objective

Your primary responsibility will be to provide project and administrative support, for the management and delivery of projects across the company.

  • First point of contact for the business
  • Provide high level Administrative support by coordinating correspondence, document control and managing the file system
  • Answering incoming calls, providing customer support and assistance
  • Email management
  • Allocation and distribution of works, maintaining open communication with all service technicians to ensure the successful completion of client requirements
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and general ad hoc Administrative duties as required
  • Managing parts and stock deliveries
  • Additional Administration Assistance as required to support project delivery

What are we looking for?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident in their communication skills and enjoy working as an integral part of a team.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

  • Previous experience within the Trades, Construction or Electrical industry in a similiar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines
  • High levels of communication skills including active listening, oral and written comprehension
  • Relevant industry experience highly regarded
