We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-growing business and work closely with the Global Chief of Staff as a strategic partner. Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Chief of Staff and senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives.
• Performance Management: Lead the performance review process, including goal setting and development plans.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop and update HR policies to meet industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Training & Development: Identify learning opportunities and lead initiatives that enhance team and individual performance.
• HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues proactively, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Industrial Relations: Ensure compliance with industrial relations legislation and maintain high ethical standards.

Key Priorities:

• Performance Review Process: Lead the upcoming performance review cycle, focusing on performance and capability.
• Leadership Development: Build relationships with leaders to drive performance and cultural alignment.
• Training Initiatives: Create and lead training opportunities to foster a high-performing company culture.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably BambooHR).
• Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Employee Lifecycle Expertise: Experience across all HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Proactive & Strategic: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate organisational needs.

Education & Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is essential.
• Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA or similar) or additional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, AHRI) are highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation, industrial relations, and employment law.
