Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
• Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
• Support employee relations and the performance management processes.
• Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
• Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
• Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

• Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
• Experience with both ER and IR is preferred.
• The ability to develop strategy combined with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
