Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic Support Coordination team on a permanent part time basis (4 days per week). This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.

About the role

• Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
• Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
• Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
• Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
