As this PE Backed B2B SaaS business continues to go from strength to strength they are looking for a hands on, scalable Financial Controller to join the business as it continues on it's exciting growth journey.

With an enviable client base, the business is past it's start up phase, profitable and looking to continue to scale over the next few years. As the leader of the finance function this role will encompass the full gambit of finance including:

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee accounting, cash flow, and internal controls.
• Tax Management
• Manage tax filings, compliance, R&D Tax Credit applications, and intercompany financial arrangements.
• Financial Strategy & Analysis
• Provide insights through financial dashboards, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting and scenario planning.
• Efficiency & Risk Management
• Optimize financial processes, control costs, and ensure budget adherence.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and risk mitigation.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Advise leadership, align finance with business goals, and mentor teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate for the role will be:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 5+ Years in Accounting roles in chartered &/or commercial
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Strong technical skills with ERP systems & Excel
