Our client is a thriving business, with impressive year on year growth. A newly created position exists for an experienced Accountant to take control of multiple businesses across multiple sectors. With a good mix of compliance and analysis, we require a person with skills on the tax side and on the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management side.

Reporting to the CFO, key aspects of this role include:

• Overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities in the group.
• Reviewing all aspects of tax (GST, Company, Payroll etc)
• Overseeing preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow management
• Directly managing a team of 5

Our ideal applicant will be CA/CPA qualified with previous staff management experience and at least 2 years proven experience in an FC role with a fast paced, medium sized business. You will be required to lead and mentor a team through an important growth phase. This is fast moving, dynamic business and you will need to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment, often with short notice.

We are ideally looking for someone with commercial experience, an ambitious accountant looking to progress their career with a market leader.
