The Role:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in executing sales and marketing strategy in our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cutting-edge sales and marketing plans that align with our visionary goals.
• Dive deep into healthcare market trends, industry insight, and competitor activities.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to fuel our growth.
• Establish distribution networks with healthcare providers for products and services, and initiates market research studies
• Establish organisational policies and procedures in relation to sales and marketing
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to keep our sales and marketing
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and initiatives to ensure maximum impact.
• Lead sales teams in building relationships with clients and manages the negotiation of sales contracts and schedules and incentives

What you will bring to the team:

• Candidates with background are preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles
• Preferable experience in the healthcare industry with biotechnology or medical knowledge
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of inspiring trust, confidence, and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
