This UC solutions business is going from strength to strength continuing to win work and grow from word of mouth. They are busy, work at a fast pace and deliver a very high quality service and solution.
Much of their current work has come through partners. This is a newly created role to build a direct sales business.
You will need to be comfortable working in a smaller, more agile work environment. You will be comfortable building and managing sales pipelines able to deliver accurate forecasting, creating and implementing strategies to market in to organisations, and be comfortable developing your own leads to close.
You will be able to demonstrate success in your own lead generation, ideally in the Telco/UC sector. Any personal network of customers that you can bring across will be viewed well, although this is not essential.
This organisation has a history of building careers for people who are smart, driven, highly commercial and can identify and then solve customer problems.
