On a daily basis you will be:

  • Data Entry and Filing: Keep things organised and efficient.
  • Contract Review: Be the first line of review for incoming contracts.
  • Processing Contracts: Enter contracts into database with 100% data accuracy.
  • Processing Reports: Contribute to the smooth flow of information.
  • Stationery Orders: Manage supplies to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Assist Accounts team: Process all suspensions and reactivations.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • Customer service skills
  • Time management
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient Computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • A general understanding of business concepts - ABN/Trading name, credit reports and files etc.
  • 1-2 years accounts admin or data entry experience
  • Be able to work independently
  • Relevant certificate or diploma is advantageous but not essential
