The role

As a Service Catalogue Specialist, you will manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring every service is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with our customer needs. You'll distil and present data in engaging ways, tracking and customising service information for different audiences, and working closely with service providers to document and communicate new and existing services effectively.

You'll face the challenge of delivering high-quality services on tight schedules, navigating the input and approval of multiple stakeholders, and juggling competing demands while maintaining attention to detail. Your ability to balance these demands and produce clear, concise, and accurate information will drive effective decision-making and keep our services running smoothly.

What you will bring to the role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members

Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas, and recommendations

Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes

Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables

Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in

Key knowledge and experience

Significant experience in a large and complex IT environment

Experience in working in a SIAM operating environment
