Join NC Electrical & Air-Conditioning, a leading electrical and solar business in the NT! We’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Coordinator to manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process payroll and manage accounts in Xero.
✅ Handle accounts payable/receivable and chase overdue invoices.
✅ Reconcile transactions and oversee end-of-month (EOM) procedures.
✅ Manage supplier payments, subscriptions, and expenses.
✅ Ensure financial data integration between Aroflo and Xero.
✅ Conduct car audits and track fleet expenses.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping (formal qualifications not required).
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
