We service the insurance industry, fleet, dealership and the trade across collision, mechanical and auto-electrical and glass fitment sectors.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

An auto electrical or mechanical qualification of Cert 3 as a minimum, with at least of 2 years of automotive service and repair work experience, strong capabilities on vehicle diagnostics and calibration or with proven experience in a similar environment.

We require a current driver's licence and a willingness to travel locally. You should also be entitled to work and live in Australia.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate a safety first culture to your approach of your roles tasks and responsibilities.
• Have a good understanding of vehicle safety systems and the ability to interpret scan tool and vehicle system generated diagnostic reports.
• Experience in the operation and utilisation of advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and or electrical faults.
• Follow established inhouse processes in relation to work flow from the other divisions within the business.
• Conduct complex module programming and the calibration of the ADAS related systems both inhouse and in selected customer locations.
• Record all diagnostic and test reports to the job portal and provide relevant reports to the customer.
• Upload the information of the repairs completed into the job portal to enable accurate invoicing to the customer.
• Conduct vehicle test drive and verify the ADAS systems are functioning correctly, and take the necessary care of the customers vehicle and our equipment at all times.
• Ability to interact with trade and consumer customers and articulate the relative elements of the repair and service required on their vehicle.
• Expand the trade customer base by calling on prospective customers in the area and securing their business, in conjunction with the branch manager.

The position requires someone with a keen attention to detail, is well presented and the ability to work unsupervised, even in high pressure situations. The willingness to undertake advanced training and continuous skills development is an important attribute of a successful candidate.

Ongoing training on ADAS calibration equipment is provided, together with technical support from our equipment suppliers.
