About the role

Caddy Storage Marketing is seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our team in Blacktown, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair & maintenance, of electrical and electronic systems in a variety of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Installing a variety of accessories ranging from work lights, compressors & Arrow boards to inverters & battery management systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles
• Bespoke Wiring Harness for custom fit-outs
• Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and high-quality Installations
• Along with Custom fit-outs, The work is clean and for the most part, the successful applicants will be working on new vehicles

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Automotive Electrical or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician, preferably within the automotive retail or repair industry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
