FINANCE OFFICER - RATES

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Full Time position
• Level 5 - Salary Range $75,920 - $81,833* per annum depending upon qualifications & experience
• Located at our Eaton Administration Centre

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team with a primary Rates focus. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

The Role:

This role reports directly to the Finance Coordinator and assists with:

• Maintaining Council’s property and rates database
• Administering pensioner records and submitting pensioner claim rebates
• Maintaining accurate records and reconciling rates registers in accordance with legislation
• Providing helpful and efficient service to all internal and external customers
• Aiding with debt collection processes
