About the Role:

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in our disaster response efforts. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their policyholders. This position is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to develop their career in restoration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to emergency "make safe" and restoration works for water, mould, and fire-damaged residential and commercial properties.
• Install and monitor drying and air filtration equipment.
• Utilise app-based job management and reporting software to generate detailed and accurate reports, contents inventories, scope of works, and quotations.
• Foster strong communication and rapport with clients, policyholders, and contractors.
• Provide guidance and supervision to less experienced technicians.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
• Adhere to industry-recognized standards and best practices at all times.
• Maintain a high level of Health & Safety compliance.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend callouts.

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant experience in restoration is preferred (a minimum of 3 years is advantageous).
• Exceptional time management and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure and excel under pressure.
• Possession of a current and valid driver’s license and Construction White Card.
• Ability to pass a Police Check/WWCC.
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
