About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will:

• Inspect, assess, and report on fire, water, and mould damage.
• Carry out emergency make-safe work to prevent further damage.
• Perform restoration, cleaning, and sanitising of affected items.
• Deploy, monitor, and collect equipment from job sites.
• Enter claims information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure all work meets insurer and company KPIs.
• Participate in an on-call after-hours roster.
• Travel locally and interstate when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in water, fire, and mould restoration (highly regarded).
• IICRC accreditation (preferred, but company-paid training provided after 6 months).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and work under pressure.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence (minimum).
• National Police Check & Working with Children Check (mandatory).
