We’re looking for a hands-on Restoration Technician to join our team.

About the role

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be on the front line of restoration, assessing damage, responding to emergencies, and making properties safe again. No two days are the same, and your work will have a real impact. You'll play a crucial role in helping clients recover from unexpected damage.

Here's a sneak peek at what your day-to-day will look like

• Assess and document fire, water, and mould damage.
• Respond to emergency calls and carry out water extraction, drying, and mould remediation.
• Restore damaged structures and contents.
• Operate restoration equipment safely and in line with WH&S protocols.
• Keep clients and project managers updated.
• Attend scheduled after-hours make-safes and weekend work if needed (fully compensated).

About you

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, trades, or a similar hands-on role.
• Knowledge of fire, water, smoke, and mould remediation.
• A problem-solver who works well under pressure.
• Great communicator who can build trust with clients and the team.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s licence, White Card, police check, and Working with Children check.
• IICRC Certification or equivalent (bonus but not essential - we can train you).
• Basic computer skills to track progress and complete reports.
