Circle Coffee Pty Ltd is the operator of the Subway franchise located in the Macquarie Centre food court, Sydney. Known for its fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and commitment to quality service, the establishment has carved out a strong local presence.

We are currently seeking a skilled retail manager to lead and enhance our operations.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Oversees and directs all aspects of daily operations within the retail establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient business management.
• Manage and set optimal stock levels, perform stocktake, and uphold high standards for customer service.
• Liaise with suppliers for effective procurement.
• Proactively engage with customers, ensuring staff provides excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive informed advice about the products (such as allergies, dietary issues, etc.) while facilitating sales.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, stock movements, and financial transactions.
• Undertake recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Ensure that all operations comply with occupational health and safety standards, fostering a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

Experience:

• 2-year minimum experience as Retail Manager or in a related field.

Salary Offered

• $74,000 – $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
