About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional environment. You'll handle reception duties, assist with general administration, and support our accounting team in daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel welcome
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Booking appointments and managing calendars
- Keeping the office organised and stocked with supplies
- Learning basic administrative and office tasks (we’ll train you!)
- Supporting the team with various office duties as needed
