Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage patient scheduling, intake, and communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Handle front-office tasks including answering phones, greeting patients, and processing payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
- Assist with billing and insurance claim management
- Coordinate and support other admin staff, including rostering and training
- Support the physiotherapy team with administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
