Your Opportunity:

Due to high demand and enquiry, we are currently seeking a motivated Customer Development Manager to join our team. This position is based in Bendigo, and all product and service training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain a weekly/monthly call cycle to meet customer and business expectations.
  • Work alongside the branch manager to achieve the budgeted branch net portfolio gain.
  • Identify and pursue potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline.
  • Advise customers on the full range of Flick Anticimex products and services.
  • Build relationships with prospective and current clients to generate leads, convert, and close sales.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly reporting.
  • Monitor and review individual targets and provide feedback to the branch manager.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to generate new business leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build relationships with new and established clients.
  • Well-presented with good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Driven to achieve sales results.
  • Positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role.
  • Professional and reliable with a willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Interest, understanding, and passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a good eye for detail.
  • Ability to deliver and exceed sales budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Must have a full driver’s license.
