Job Requirements

• Possess empathy and understanding the needs of our elderly clients
• Have a current Nurses Registration
• Care management and coordination of quality elderly care
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Have strong assessment and documentation skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Medication Management Experience would be held in high regard.
• Professional references including telephone numbers
• Must provide a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license is preferred
