- Total Remuneration $151,307 to $158,158 pa (including salary of $127,857 to $133,646 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The CQUniversity Library delivers digital library services differently. We are seeking a Deputy University Librarian to lead the Library’s academic engagement with the digital library agenda and to drive the delivery of high quality services that meet the future needs of the University. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of the delivery of library services and ensuring achievement of library operational plans.
- Leading the development and execution of an effective engagement and consultation plan including academic staff, researchers and relevant committees, projects and working groups.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, by monitoring services and projects, stakeholder feedback and developing robust plans to ensure that library services demonstrate commitment to ongoing service improvement and sustainable outcomes.

Position Requirements
- Detailed and comprehensive knowledge in relevant areas of Library and Information Management, including service delivery, resource management, research support, copyright, library systems and management reporting.
- Demonstrated operational management skills and proven team leadership and supervision skills.
- Ability to drive, promote and influence cultural change initiatives within the Library and act as a mentor for staff.
- Eligible for associate membership with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
