What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rostering Manager to join our Service Delivery team. You will oversee all aspects of rostering and be our go-to person for all rostering requirements as well as use data and reporting to forecast our workforce requirements.
Your duties will include:
- Managing team of four Rostering Officers who work from 7am-10pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1.30pm Saturday and Sunday
- Overall management of our rostering system
- Ensuring we are rostering in line with a clients needs and plan
- Ensuring shifts are entered correctly for payroll and billing purposes
- Ensure rosters are aligned with award requirements
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership team
- Oversight of workforce needs and changes through the use of data and reporting to predict staffing needs
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure workforce compliance
As a key member of the Service Delivery team you will build capacity and work in an agile manner. You will also be required to travel to our Toowoomba Office every 1-2 weeks.

About You
- Qualifications in Workforce Management, HR, Business, Community Services, Disability or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS award
- NDIS disability sector/healthcare experience
- Strong attention to detail, adept at working in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people
- Able to work independently and autonomously without supervision and as part of a broader team
- A high level of motivation as well as excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Strong leadership skills
