About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts & Office Administrator to oversee the accounts management and general office administration of the corporate office located in the Perth CBD. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Company by managing financial activities, office systems, and administrative processes. The role offers between 30 – 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management:
- Complete bank reconciliations and reconciling of supplier statements.
- Manage purchase orders raised by operational staff.
- Accounts payable end-to-end, including bi-monthly payment runs.
- Reconciliation of corporate debit cards.
- Process accounts receivable (low volume).
- Work with operational staff on improving process and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous financial records.
- Assist the Finance Team with various accounting tasks and reconciliations.
Office Administration:
- Manage the Accounts email inbox.
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with answering main line phone calls.
- Assist with Executive travel arrangements with Corporate Travel Agent.
- Organise Company functions as required.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in both Accounts Payable and Office Administration.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite in particular Word and Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Pronto ERP system is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet time frames and keep team members informed of task status.
