Who are We?
Supply is Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) global in-house product procurement and consolidation business.
Supply Operations services several of Flight Centre’s worldwide leisure selling businesses.
The Operations Analyst will sit within the Systems Change Management team, who work to collaborate with key Supply teams, vendors and technical personnel to implement internal customer-centric solutions that help Supply move forward and grow their business.
About the Opportunity
As an Operations Analyst, you will work with internal FCTG stakeholders and vendors to research, evaluate, document and implement business and system changes to existing functionality to enhance the value of the Supply product offering, ensuring successful operational outcomes are achieved.
Through these efforts, you will help FCTG leverage new and existing technologies to improve the efficiency of service delivery and the effectiveness of information analysis.
Candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate.
What you will be doing:
- Onboarding new travel systems and applications
- Platform release readiness and handover to Production Support
- Implementing business change (non-development)
- Ensuring the requirements of the business/vendor and scope of the change/system are understood, assessed for risk and documented
- Showcasing and training of the system/business changes to the relevant business and support teams
What you will need:
- Capture of information, active listening etc
- Dissemination of information via written communication
- Organising and chairing meetings with business representatives
- Minimum 2+ years in an environment requiring the transfer of complex information, including:
- Experience with large organisations and/or project environments, and an understanding of the use of IT systems in business operations
- Exposure to travel systems thereby understanding the complexities of global booking systems (knowledge of the FCTG travel management systems, including “Travelbox”, is desirable)
- Minimum 1+ years as a representative of a system, process, or business, where you were authoritative on a subject to peers and senior management
