Payroll Officer – Contract | Hybrid | Immediate Start | Part Time

Part Time: 30 hours a week (either 4 days a week or 5 days a week with shorter days)
Location: Auchenflower (2 days in office, hybrid role)
Contract Length: 24/03/2025 - 30/06/2025
Hourly rate: $45 - $55 incl. superannuation

About the Role:

As a Payroll Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations while providing essential support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and awards
• Managing payroll queries and discrepancies
• Processing leave, superannuation, and other entitlements
• Utilising Payroll Metrics & Kronos to optimise processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency with Payroll Metrics & Kronos
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
