About the Role

The IT Support Technician will provide essential first and second-level technical support across our computer, phone, and network environments. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems at our main Carina West Processing Facility site, Mildura Office, and orchard locations, supporting both on-site and remote staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft, third-party, and proprietary applications.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions across systems.
• Managing IT Service Desk requests, logging calls, and tracking issue resolution.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Documenting technical support procedures and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• A Computing/IT Diploma, Certificate IV, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VLAN) and security tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel between sites and participate in after-hours support as needed. A vehicle will be provided for this role.
