We are seeking a skilled and proactive Principal’s Executive Assistant/Administration Manager to manage the day-to-day coordination of administrative and human resource services. You will provide confidential executive support to the Principal and Leadership team, oversee policy development, staff management, school promotion and lead change processes.
This role also involves managing a team of administrative staff, utilising your strong leadership and management skills to ensure smooth operations. The Principal's EA/Administration Manager has a ‘second in charge’ role/responsibility, working closely with the Business Leader. The incumbent is required to attend after hours Governing Council meetings twice each school term.
