About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Goulburn Motor Group as an Automotive Brand Manager - Audi and Volkswagen. In this full-time, on-site role based in Shepparton, VIC 3630, you will be responsible for leading the sales and operations of the Audi and Volkswagen brands within the business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and profitability for the Audi and Volkswagen brands
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement effective sales initiatives
• Collaborate with manufacturer partners to ensure alignment on brand strategy and achievement of shared objectives
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities to optimise financial performance
• Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, training, and performance management
• Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the sales department

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in automotive sales management or brand leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability for automotive brands
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Detailed understanding of automotive industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes
• Passion for the Audi and Volkswagen brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
