This position will spearhead the partnership pilot project between Anglicare WA and Starick, an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting women, young people and children experiencing abuse. Working closely with the Anglicare WA Service Manager, Starick and other key stakeholders, you will join as a Coordinator and lead the transformation of service delivery for Family, Domestic, and Sexual Violence (FDSV) Pilot in GP clinics.

Collaborating with GP clinics, partner agencies and internal teams, your responsibilities will include coordinating service operations to build the capacity of GP clinics to respond to FDSV and ensuring integration of GP care into local service responses. You will lead a small team of Social Workers (employed by both Anglicare WA and Starick) co-located in GP Clinics; oversee the development of policies and procedures; provide clinical supervision for complex cases and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with trauma-informed practices to support individuals impacted by FDSV. Additionally, you will lead compliance and contract reporting, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to an integrated response model that enhances safety and care for clients.

This is a max term, full-time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity until 30 March 2027.

What you will bring!

You are a passionate and skilled professional eager to deliver quality services to clients in collaboration with Starick. To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Social Work.
  • Demonstrated experience in FDSV case management.
  • Proven leadership and team supervision skills in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in interagency collaboration.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practice frameworks, including Safe and Together.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including developing operational procedures.
  • Experience in training staff and building capacity within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change management.

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance (valid within one year), Working with Children Check, a WA Driver’s Licence and eligible for membership with the AASW.

Also:

Salary from $113,544 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
