About the role
As our Risk and Compliance Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and system support, help administer our risk and compliance platform (training provided) and help support the risk and compliance team. . Reporting to the Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance, you’ll play a key role in delivering generalist support and professional administrative services, with a focus on risk management activities across the business. Collaborating primarily with internal teams, you will help ensure risk and compliance processes run smoothly.

As our Risk and Compliance Administrator you'll also:

  • Provide general administrative assistance for risk and compliance matters, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
  • Serve as a system administrator for our risk and compliance platform, managing user access, system configuration and support (training provided)
  • Support risk and compliance systems, update and maintain relevant databases, record incidents, and ensure accurate documentation collation.
  • Assist in compliance monitoring, corporate compliance administration, and reviews, while supporting committees, and business units in addressing non-compliance.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high customer service standards and effective handling of service requests.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in an administrative or support role..
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to fluctuating workloads.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, ability to work independently, and a proactive “can do” attitude in problem-solving and task ownership.
