About ACECQA

The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is an independent national authority that assists governments in implementing the National Quality Framework (NQF) for children's education and care.

ACECQA works with the Australian and state and territory governments to:

  • implement changes that benefit children birth to 13 years of age and their families
  • monitor and promote the consistent application of the Education and Care Services National Law across all states and territories
  • support the children's education and care sector to improve quality outcomes for children.

The Role

The Operations Coordinator contributes to the effective, efficient and consistent delivery of ACECQA's qualifications assessment and skilled migration function. The position holder is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Qualifications Assessment team.

This role is full time for a fixed term until 30 June 2026 at ACECQA Band 4 ($85,925 - $98,702).

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and orally.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to provide administrative support and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
