Fresh Landscapes Group, founded in 2009, is a well-established provider of landscape maintenance services with over 15 years of experience. We specialise in delivering high-quality, sustainable commercial construction projects and landscape maintenance solutions across NSW and Queensland. As we continue to grow, we are seeking two Operations Coordinators to join our maintenance division and help ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Role Overview
As an Operations Coordinator within Fresh Landscapes Group, you will be an integral part of our maintenance division, supporting the day-to-day operations of our landscaping maintenance contracts and projects. Your role will be critical in managing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in a vital operational role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate teams to address reactive maintenance tasks and ensure efficient resolutions.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical project management support, including recommendations, estimations, and design for optimal service delivery.
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of plant and equipment, conducting regular quality control and safety audits.
  • Monitor field staff productivity, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining quality and safety.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations coordination and project management, particularly in landscape maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance processes and operational management.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and recruiting maintenance teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in project scheduling, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Strong focus on quality control, safety, and productivity within the maintenance sector.
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s licence.
