Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the tyre and suspension workshop shop

- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Train and mentor staff to provide top-notch service

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Implement sales strategies to meet targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management desirable

- Knowledge of tyres and automotive services is a plus

- Strong leadership and communication skills
