Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator
Our client, a leader in Logistic Solutions, are seeking a highly organised and customer-centric Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join their team at the Morningside facility. This pivotal role will ensure the seamless execution of daily operations through efficient administrative support and exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor & Contractor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing a professional welcome and conducting comprehensive site inductions.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage and coordinate transport for deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Data Management & Order Processing: Perform accurate data entry and prepare sales and purchase orders, maintaining meticulous records.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Leadership Team, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Manage and maintain inventory of office and facility supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Communication Management: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing inquiries and providing professional customer service.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct precise pallet reconciliation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within logistics
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Carton Cloud or similar ERP software is highly regarded (training will be provided).
