We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to partner with the team and leaders in delivering exceptional HR services, driving compliance, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll report directly to the GM of People & Culture and play a vital role in shaping the HR strategy. This is a broad and hands-on generalist role that will see you involved in:
- Overhaul and maintain compliance frameworks (e.g., NDIS, police checks, WWC checks).
- Optimise and leverage HRIS (ELMO) for seamless document and process management.
- Lead investigations, manage grievances, and provide expert ER guidance.
- Coach managers to own and lead performance management processes effectively.
- Guide managers across various locations in developing skills and confidence in managing their teams.
- Deliver training on compliance, best practices, and HR processes.
- Drive change processes, including workforce restructuring and realigning services to meet client needs sustainably.
- Ensure alignment with Fair Work requirements and deliver smooth transitions.

About You
You’re a motivated and adaptable HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will bring:
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally as an Advisor or Business Partner.
- A strong background in compliance, systems implementation, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with complex ER cases and change management.
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.
- Confidence in coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A tertiary qualification in HR, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car (travel to various locations across VIC required).
