Profusion is delighted to be working with a well renowned, market leading, finance client who is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer with excellent AI / ML experience.

Role Overview

This role will see a highly professional Data focused individual with demonstrated programming experience work collaboratively ina team of high performing, extremely analytical developers and finance experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for financial applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.
• Implement NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques where applicable.
• Navigate the evolving AI landscape, testing and applying the latest tools and frameworks.

Experience and skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or similar frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI models in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake is a plus.
• Agile experience
• Excellent stakeholder and communications skills
• Solid Finance/ Banking/ Investments/ Wealth / Super experience
