My client is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong technical background in software and cloud development to join them for an initial two-month engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to design and document business processes, system landscapes, and data models.

This role involves capturing the current state, defining the future state, and creating a clear roadmap to bridge the gap. Responsibilities include leading workshops, documenting technical requirements, and collaborating with vendors to drive solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate workshops with customers to capture their current business processes, system landscape, and data model
• Create design documents outlining the current state of business and IT systems
• Work with vendors and technical teams to define the future state architecture and solution
• Identify and document gaps between current and future states and propose a clear roadmap to transition

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Architect in software and cloud-based environments
• Hands-on expertise in business process mapping, system analysis, and data modelling
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise software, and system integrations
• Proven ability to document and present current-state, future-state, and gap analyses in a structured manner
