Our client is an iconic Australian Brand within the retail space that is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP) to join them on a significant ERP upgrade project and make an impact by supporting the customisation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ERP system.

About the Role:
As the Business Analyst (ERP), you will act as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that our ERP system supports operational efficiency, data integrity, and process optimisation. You will be responsible for business process analysis, overseeing system integrations, data management, and delivering user training to ensure ERP adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements to optimise ERP functionality.
• Manage ERP configuration and customisation, ensuring best practices and minimal custom enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and accessibility across business units, empowering decision-making with quality data.
• Oversee system integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between ERP and other applications (e.g., CRM, HR, financial systems).
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective ERP adoption and system use.
• Identify and implement business process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance productivity.

Role Requirements:

• Essential:
• 2+ years of experience in ERP system analysis, configuration, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Experience in business process mapping, analysis, and optimisation.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot ERP-related issues effectively.
• Desirable:
• Experience with ERP reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting for ERP reporting.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools for ERP data analysis.
