2x Retail Business Analyst roles - $700 - $750 pd + GST - Northern Suburbs

The role of the Business Analyst 1 (Automation Business Case BA) will include:

• Review Automation recommendations provided by a third party
• Build out an investment pack identifying the potential benefits and quantify the cost and savings that would be achieved through the investment.
• Conduct thorough research: Gather information from various sources, including market research, industry reports, internal data, and stakeholder interviews, to understand the business context and identify potential opportunities.
• Build financial models: Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the costs, benefits, and return on investment (ROI) of different options, using appropriate methodologies and assumptions.
• Develop business cases: Structure and write comprehensive business cases that clearly articulate the problem statement, proposed solution, expected benefits, costs, risks, and mitigation strategies.

The role of Business Analyst 2 (Process Improvement BA) will include:

• Work with the Marketing Department to Process Map all of its current processes from end to end
  
• Identity opportunities for improvement through Automation or other means alongside the Solution Architect
• Analyze existing business processes: Critically evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop improvement recommendations: Formulate data-driven recommendations for process optimization, including streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and enhancing efficiency.

To be successful in these roles, you will need the following:

• 4+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
• Retail or Microsoft system experience preferred
• Strong Business Case writing experience for role 1
• Strong Process experience for role 2
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone who is a team player and gets along with others
