About the role

Perfect Start Capalaba is seeking passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified and Certificate 3 Childcare superstars to join our dynamic team in Capalaba, Queensland. This part-time role will see you playing a vital part in providing high-quality early learning and care to children aged 0-5years.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing and development of all children
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve practices and implement new initiatives
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within the childcare or early learning sector
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
• Working With Children Check
