About the role

Eskay Kids Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team in the Ipswich area. This part-time position offers flexibility with 1-5 days available.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality care and education to children in our early learning centre
• Planning and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
• Collaborating with parents and families to support the individual needs of each child
• Adhering to all relevant regulations and standards in the childcare industry
• Continuously improving your own professional skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• A Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
