About the role

Seedlings Early Learning Mt Warren Park is seeking passionate and experienced Diploma qualified and Certificate 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our close-knit team. As a part-time Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre located in Mount Warren Park, QLD.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs and activities for children aged 0-5 years
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive
• Observing and documenting children's progress and development
• Building strong relationships with children and their families
• Collaborating with the teaching team to continuously improve our educational practices
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations

What we're looking for

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience working in a similar role within the childcare industry
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development
• A commitment to continuous professional development
• A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
